Why do I need to verify my income?

Income verification confirms you earn enough to afford the rent. Landlords need proof of regular income—not just your word.

How does it work?

Tenalet partners with Mono, a CBN-licensed open banking provider, to securely verify your income. When completing your online rental application on Tenalet, you'll be prompted to connect your bank account. Mono just reads the data with your permission. If you have multiple accounts, select which one(s) to share.
