Your Transaction PIN is a 4-digit code that approves every transfer to another bank. Each team member who can send money sets their own PIN.
To set your PIN
- Open your profile menu, select Settings, then the Security tab.
- Select Set up PIN.
- Enter a 4-digit PIN, then enter it again to confirm. Select Set PIN.
To change your PIN, select Change PIN on the same tab. Enter your current PIN, then your new PIN twice, and select Update PIN.
On the mobile app, go to Settings, then Security. You can also turn on Face ID or fingerprint there, so you can approve transfers without typing your PIN.
Locked out? After 5 incorrect attempts, your PIN locks for 15 minutes. Wait, then try again.
Forgot your PIN? There's no self-service reset yet. Email [email protected] and we'll help you reset it.
